Take a look at this project in Liverpool, where Ibstock supplied precast brick-faced arches, creating a deep colonnade around ground floor of the building. Each brick was machine cut by hand to create a positive key. Space on-site was a premium, therefore the installation was a challenge. With no overhead access for a crane, Ibstock worked with the contractors to create a bespoke rig so the arches could be lifted into place with a forklift.
